Now lets assume the quality of the product is good, you'll have to take a minimum of 11 capsules a day to see the benefits of that product. 200 capsules go real fast when your taking a minimum of 11 of them each day! . When you're reading the panel, look for Omega-3. We need about 2-4 grams of Omega-3's per day on average.
